Full Family
Family is exclusively defined as a single adult or adult couple living at the same primary residence and any immediate dependents/children under the age of 23 yrs old living at the same primary residence as the aforementioned adults (who are part of the membership).

MEMBER RULES

GENERAL RULES:

  1. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on club grounds at any time.

  2. Waverly will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur anywhere on Waverly property.

  3. Any damage to property of the Club incurred of caused by a member or his/her guest shall constitute a debt of the active member of the Club, and shall be immediately due and payable.

  4. The Club is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal to property of the members or guests.

  5. The Board of Directors reserve the right to extend the expulsion of a member for any period deemed appropriate.

  6. These rules may be revised, or additional rules established, by the Board of Directors as needed.

  7. Acceptance of your membership tags and/or yearly gate access code affirms your acceptance of all club rules.

POOL RULES:

  1. Everyone must obey the lifeguards at all times.

  2. Running, horseplay, or pushing people into the pool is PROHIBITED.

  3. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on club grounds at any time.

  4. No glass containers are allowed on the pool grounds.

  5. No food, candy or gum in the pool.

  6. Smoking is permitted in the gazebo only.

  7. No roller skates, wheeled sneakers, skateboards, bicycles, or any other wheeled vehicles are permitted on the pool deck or in the clubhouse.

  8. Pets are allowed on the club grounds but must remain on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the pool or patio area. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. 

  9. Persons with open wounds or skin infections may not be permitted in the pool.

  10. Street clothes are not permitted in the pool.

  11. Children under 12 years of age must be attended by a parent or responsible individual, or babysitter at all times. This responsible person must be over the age of 16.
    Children 16 and years of age and older may be dropped off at the pool. These children may bring guests however, guest fees must be paid. Parents, make sure that your children know ALL the rules before you allow them to be unattended at the pool. Parents remember you are responsible for your child’s and his guest’s behavior. Parents will leave contact information with the club where they can be immediately reached.

  12. Members are expected to clean up after themselves and their guests.

  13. The wading pool is reserved for children 5 years old or younger. No children may be left unsupervised in the wading pool at any time. The wading pool will be closed during home swim meets. 

  14. The lifeguards have the authority to expel any person, member or guest, from the pool for 24 hours when that individual has violated the pool rules, regulations, or bylaws.

 

DIVING BOARD RULES:

  1. Only one person on the diving board at a time.

  2. Each diver must wait until the preceding diver has cleared the diving board/water area before going off the board.

  3. No jumping or diving from the side of the board.

  4. You are allowed one bounce on the board before diving.

  5. No hanging from the end of the board.

  6. Children under 5 years of age may not use the diving boards unless supervised by an experienced swimmer.

  7. All persons using the pool, diving boards, clubhouse, and or grounds do so at their own risk. The Club will not be responsible for any accident or injury connected with such use.

MEMBERSHIP TAG RULES:

  1. Membership Tags are your “forever tags”. You will continue to use them each year.

  2. However, you may be given a new gate access code each year. You are not to share your gate code with anyone. If you have guests meeting you at the club, please wait at the gate.  Please help us keep our club secure and our members safe.

  3. Tags are required for checking in at the front desk. If you do not have your tag, you may enter after paying a guest fee or a lost tag fee of $10.00.

  4. Remember that you must have your tag visible whenever you are on the grounds.
